Littlehampton Shopmobility has been helping people with mobility impairment since 1999. We  want to make sure that people with  restricted mobility are able to play a full part in society: shopping, socialising and visiting businesses as easily as anyone else.  We continue to be committed to providing the services which remove barriers to people to making full use of the town’s facilities by offering low cost scooter or wheelchair hire, guidance for visitors, advice to retailers and traders about the accessibility of their premises, whether they are shops or catering businesses.  We aim to help Littlehampton and its facilities, be accessible to people with a mobility problem.

Littlehampton Shopmobility exists primarily to provide affordable hire services for people who wish to have independent access to the town centre and surrounding areas.  People restricted by mobility problems are welcome to become members of Littlehampton Shopmobility and make use of the hire and advice services.  We also offer equipment sales incuding discounts when available.

We are affiliated to The National Federation of Shopmobility but independently funded.

 We are proud to work closely with GBL http://www.gblwheelchairs.com/ for the supply of wheelchairs, scooters and general disability related equipment.  Specialist in providing solutions for personal mobility and a wide range of supporting products to help with other disability related needs.
